last shared views in D+C/E+Z in summer 2012 as team leader for international climate affairs with Germanwatch, an independent organisation based in Bonn. Germanwatch is setting up an international Adaptation Fund NGO network with the support of Germany’s Federal Ministry for Environment, Nature and Nuclear Safety (BMU) through the International Climate Initiative.
