At D+C/E+Z, we are proud of our international network of authors. It is particularly important to us to be a platform for voices from the global south. Some authors contribute on a regular basis, others don't. Here you can find information about the people behind the contributions.

last contributed to D+C/E+Z in spring of 2022 as the founder and President of the Sommilito Garments Sramik Federation – a labour union in Bangladesh that focuses on the needs and rights of readymade garment workers, particularly women. She is also the founder and Executive Director of the AWAJ Foundation, which works to increase women’s participation in decision making and empowerment at home and in the workplace. She became an ASHOKA fellow in 2019.
